Now You Have Gotten The Attention Needed Go For A Hit – Blogger Modesto To Strongman

A lot of people are saying that the recent “rap beef” (challenge for the best rapper) between Strongman and Medikal has brought positive changes in Strongmans music journey

Folks saying this based their opinion on how Strongman’s social media followers shot up.

He trended on Youtube clocking number 1 spots, garnered groundbreaking and this thus helped him to get a lot of subscribers.

For instance, before the start of this beef, Strongman had below twenty thousand (20,000) youtube subscribers but now he has about forty one thousand, five hundred and sixty four (41,564) subscribers — that’s just 3 days after his beef with Medikal.

Well, a Ghanaian Blogger Richmond Kofi Addae popularly known as Modesto has concluded that Strongman in 3 days has gotten positive response from Ghanaians and thus thinks its a great opportunity for the “Baby Girl” hit maker to shine out of this. He went further to state that even though the former “Sarcess Music” signee is good Ghanaians haven’t paid much attention to him so he should make good use of the attention accumulated from the AMG Business rapper and the current reigning rapper of the year Medikal to quickly come out with hit songs and he believes that will take him to higher heights and push him to the top to win awards. Ghanaians believe in him and they are still waiting to see him win big.

D.Black Reveals Why Artistes Signed Unto “BAM” Record Label Are Leaving

Ghanaian rapper Desmond Blackmore, known in showbiz as D-Black has revealed what could mar the relationship between his record label and his signees.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Black Avenue Muzik record label told the press at a meeting on Thursday that one of the things that could sever a deal his record label has with an artist is the lack of drive.

He explained that the label cherishes artistes who are always active and eager to take initiatives to make the next move.

“When I work with you and you don’t have the drive I have, it bothers me a lot. You look at an artiste’s WhatsApp status in the morning and the whole day he’s posting jokes. You are young, somebody is spending on you and the first thing to engage on unnecessary beef instead of posting your content,” he said.

He mentioned how proactive Sefa has been as an artist in her camp by trying to do more to compliment what Black Avenue Muzik is giving her.

“You can’t keep spending and not seeing the appreciation and even the drive. I mean when you see that the person appreciates it, trying their best to make it work even though first song, the second song, the third song does not work, but there is the drive, there is the energy and the focus, things get on well,” he said.

On projecting Sefa to the top
Even though four artists have left the record label, he says he is bent on putting in the best of effort for the remaining acts.

He noted that the label is working hard to make Sefa an A-list artiste.

“As a label, we’re going to do our best to make sure that she becomes an A-list artiste. She’s not there yet but I’m confident in her as a brand that within a year, she’ll be bigger than she is. She’s not gonna go down,” he said.

In response to the exit of the four acts
D-Black explained that Freda Rhymz was signed to his label as part of a deal with the organisers of the MTN Hitmaker show but decided not to renew her contract after its expiration.

On the part of Wisa, Dahlin Gage and Kobla Jnr, the BAM boss that had a mutual agreement to go their separate ways.

In the meantime, the rapper has released his EP titled ‘Smoke and Mirrors.’ It has seven songs.

He also has another song for sanitation campaign.
