eShun Questions Sarkodie On How To Reach Him For A Feature After Trying Several Means

eShun is a talented and beautiful singer and songwriter with a gift of connecting with a wide range of audiences.

Born in the leading industrial city of Ghana, Tema on the 7th of June – She is the first child of her dad, Joseph Bosomtwi Eshun, in a family of six. At the age of 13, eShun started performing as a soloist in the Junior Gospel Choir at the Holy Fire Revival Church in Tema, Ghana, where it could be said eShun’s music talent was discovered. Her participation in two musical reality shows in the most populated country in Africa, Nigeria, has given her quite a following in Africa.

She has released two new hit singles “Mεyε” and “Dance with Daddy with Kofi Bentil” which are have captured the hearts of her many fans in West Africa especially Nigerian and Ghana.
She released a cover of Sarkodie and Acehood’ New Guy which she called #NewGurl which hit 1000 downloads in just about 72 hours of going online. She is the lead vocalist for Calabash Ghana.

Somewhere 2012, Azonto Fiesta song was like a national anthem to Ghanaians who love and appreciate good music. The natives enjoyed the brilliant vibe from the camp of Appietus, Sarkodie and Kesse.

Seven years down the lane, behind the scenes issues about the song has surfaced. It all started when Kesse, a featured artiste on the song, in a recent interview shockingly revealed that he was paid GH¢20 for taking care of the chorus.

As a result, music enthusiasts started pointing fingers at Sarkodie for being the one who paid Kesse that meagre amount. Remember that majority of music download portals in Ghana attributed the owner of the song to the SarkCess Music boss.


Fast forward, Sarkodie came out to say that he didn’t even make a penny off the song under discussion. Besides, the song belongs to Appietus and not him, therefore, if Kesse received GH¢20, Appietus is the best to answer the why and how.

Focus On J.Derobie’s Talent And Forget About His Looks – Jayso


Since young artiste J.Derobie’s emergence on the showbiz scene, many industry players have complained about his appearance.

They claim his personality does not reflect stardom despite his great work with ‘Poverty’ which shot him into the limelight.

Speaking to MzGee on The Gist on Joy News, songwriter and rapper, Jayso said J.Derobie does not need a superstar image to sell his music; “listening to him is all it takes. Just listen to the boy.”

According to him, the ‘Irie’ hitmaker’s “mind-blowing” talent to entertain would not be stalled because he needs to “look good”.

“His looks and image can be fixed. That’s even if they need to be fixed but watch out for him,” he added. “He will surely make it up to Ghanaians.”

Asked what he made of suggestion Konvict Muzic has interest in singing J’derobie, Jayso said, “he deserves it all, that guy is really going to put Ghana on the map.

Agya Koo Is My Favourite Ghanaian Comedian – Sarkodie

Rapper Sarkodie has named Kumawood veteran Actor Alexander Kofi Adu aka Agya Koo as his favourite Ghanaian comedian.

The ‘Mary’ singer made this revelation in an interview with Rev. Erskine on YFM ‘Myd Morning’ show where he spoke about some of his favourite comedians.

“Agya Koo is my favourite comedian in Ghana. I have not really had the opportunity to watch stand up comedy. Funny Face is doing well but my Favourite will always be Agya Koo. But globally I like Rose Peters” he said.

Sarkodie who is set to be the headline artiste for MMC Live 2019 begged organisers to make him perform first so he could get the chance to watch the comedy and magic from the performers since he is a huge fan of both acts.

Other performers mounting the stage which is scheduled to come off on Saturday 29th of June, 2019 at Accra International Conference Center (AICC) include Wendy Shay, Foster Romanus, Acapella, OB Ampibsah, and Christopher Voncujovi, who promises to demonstrate startling magical acts.
